Strategic HR Leader

The Senior Manager will report directly to the Site HR Head and spearhead initiatives that align HR strategies with business goals, fostering a positive employee experience at the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing People Practices:

The incumbent will develop and implement corporate HR policies, create site-specific procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and Group standards.

  • Employee Life-Cycle Management:

They will manage employee life cycles, oversee new hire onboarding, lead talent development programs, performance management, succession planning, and facilitate employee growth initiatives for plant staff.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

The Senior Manager will act as an employee champion, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • HR Metrics & Data Analysis:

They will utilize data analytics to monitor HR and business performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Compliance Support:

The incumbent will ensure the plant adheres to all employment laws and company policies, providing support in all site-specific audits from Human Resources.

  • Change Management:

They will assist leadership in managing organizational change, developing communication strategies between management and employees, and adapting to evolving workplace demands.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in MBA / MHRM / MSW (HR) with 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges.
  • Proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools.
