Job Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will lead, oversee and innovate across multiple HR functions including employee onboarding, engagement, payroll, compliance, and policy development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding & Experience
    • Lead the design and implementation of a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
    • Develop and conduct regular onboarding assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and enhance employee experience.
    • Manage asset allocation and support new joiners through queries, issues and career growth opportunities.
  • Policies & Processes
    • Create, develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture and compliance requirements.
    • Design and standardize efficient HR processes for scalability, consistency and quality control.
    • Establish clear organizational hierarchy structures to ensure transparency in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Drive Keka HRMS adoption and utilization across payroll, leave, performance and reporting modules.
    • Prepare and present HR reports for management covering workforce data, attrition and employee engagement metrics.
    • Analyze report data, identify gaps and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll management ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
    • Evaluate and adhere to labor laws and regulations.
    • Monitor and update compliance frameworks to ensure continuous adherence.
    • Maintain a fair and ethical workplace environment upholding the Code of Conduct.
  • Performance & Employee Relations
    • Support increment meetings providing insights based on performance, market trends and organizational policies.
    • Strengthen employee engagement and culture through HR Connect initiatives.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
