Job Overview
DC Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling partnership opportunities to potential clients and new business prospects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in their ability to generate new business leads, and have experience in sponsorship sales.

In this role, you will:
  1. Research and identify new leads and follow up on existing ones.
  2. Sell partnership packages to clients, including event sponsorship, multi-event sponsorship, bundles of delegation tickets, online advertising, exhibition booths, thought leadership packages, and branding solutions.
  3. Maximize sales time by effectively targeting the correct clients, their role, and their companies.
  4. Meet or exceed personal targets, revenue targets, and call time rates.

Responsibilities
As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Meeting or exceeding yearly and monthly revenue targets by selling consistently to all possible targets, new clients, and prospects.
  2. Convincing prospects of the benefits of sponsoring our events.
  3. Exchanging information and providing necessary feedback as needed with colleagues in different departments.
  4. Spending significant time on the phone contacting clients and prospects.
  5. Meeting clients face-to-face in meetings arranged by you to present and sell sponsorship opportunities and packages.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:Previous work in sponsorship sales as experience.Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English.Experience in face-to-face selling, presenting products, and their benefits to clients.Confidence in generating new business leads from cold calling, personal research, and industry networking.Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.High motivation, ambition, and a drive for excellence and success.Customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships for account management and up-selling purposes.
