Job Summary:

">Technical Enablement Specialist

Collaborate with key partners to drive technical enablement activities, educate customers on cloud security trends, and help channel understand where Netskope addresses these challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a trusted advisor to partner base, enabling them to effectively promote Netskope's cloud security solutions.
  • Develop and deliver effective demos, best practices sessions, and workshops to educate customers and channel partners on the strengths of Netskope's platform.
  • Work closely with partner sales engineers to provide on-the-job training and enable them to sell Netskope's solutions to their customers.
  • Assist in creating evaluation test plans that highlight the strengths of Netskope's platform and position it as the leader in cloud security.
  • Present at channel-driven marketing activities and collaborate with other teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand awareness and install base within existing accounts.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record of presenting technical information at the executive level.
  • Proven track record of using technology to drive revenue.
  • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
  • Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and operating systems such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
  • Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
  • Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions.
  • Experience working with Active Directory Services including ADFS, with a working knowledge of Azure AD desired.
  • Knowledgeable about application programming, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
  • Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to distill complex technology trends into simple terms.
