Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Distributor Channel Specialist. This individual will be responsible for establishing and deploying commercial practices across all territories, meeting sales and activity objectives, lead generation, opportunity management, and acquisition of customers won projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales managers to ensure efficient and consistent execution of commercial strategies and maximize market share.

  • Translate defined targets into time-based forecasts
  • Break down targets for different periods and business areas
  • Supervise customers and key stakeholders in the partner and distribution vertical
  • Coordinate efforts with the Support and Projects team to ensure correct implementation, meeting cost, timeframe, and quality criteria
  • Identify main initiatives and stakeholders in the partner and distribution channel
  • Lead approval certification processes for the vertical solution
  • Coordinate with key players and territories to certify the company's vertical solution for the partner and distribution channel
  • Plan participation in professional events in the hospitality sector
  • Analyze market offerings of automation companies focused on channel and distribution

Requirements:

  • Minimum university degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the industrial sector (HVAC, electrical engineering)
  • Significant autonomy, team management, and negotiation skills
  • KNX or Tutor certification (ideally with at least one experience as a Trainer)
  • High level of English is essential for this position; Spanish is a plus
