About the Role:

  • The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
  • The FP&A leader will work closely with business teams to understand their financial needs and provide strategic guidance to support informed decision-making.
  • This role involves a high level of autonomy and independence, requiring the ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making
  2. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  3. Collaborate with business teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
  4. Provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders and other stakeholders
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • MBA or other advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Professional certification in accounting or finance (e.g. CPA, CFA)
