Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Analyst at MasterTech Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Pune. The Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategic plans, monitoring key performance indicators, and supporting the finance team with analytical insights. Daily tasks will include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations based on findings. The role requires strong collaboration with various departments to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Planning
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration
  • Experience with monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators
  • Finance knowledge and skills for supporting financial planning and analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
