Job Description

This role is pivotal in defining and implementing business strategies that drive growth, innovation, and excellence. As a Business Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing actionable plans to capitalize on them.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design thinking.

With a strong understanding of the lending domain, including originations, STP Journey, products & servicing, and secured lending products, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes and improving customer experience.

As a leader, you will foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and open communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in business analysis and recent experience in the banking and financial domain
  • Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and design thinking skills with a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused projects
  • Agile expertise, requirement life cycle management, and traceability
  • Experience in digital transformation projects in global banks/consulting firms/financial industries
  • Strong lending domain experience in originations, STP Journey, products & servicing, and secured lending products
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certifications Design Thinking
