Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 12+ years of post-qualification experience to join our team as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales, gross margin, or SG&A analysts in ensuring timely delivery of divisional analytics packs with accurate and relevant data.
  • Owning the delivery of services as per service-level agreements with divisions.
  • Driving financial planning and analysis transformation goals to optimize, simplify, and automate processes.
  • Partnering with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their impact on results.
  • Leading the development of annual plans by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinating close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, analyzing results, and preparing content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Developing sustainable content for monthly business reviews and providing ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision-making.
