Job Title: Partnerships Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Partnerships Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be hands-on in creating strategic proposals, conducting research, coordinating with partners,

and ensuring seamless delivery of campaigns. This position offers excellent exposure to

international tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for

professional growth and development.

  • Develop and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Monitor destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
