Key Role:

As a Guest Relations Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences at our properties in South and West India.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests with a pleasant demeanor and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay
  • Managing front desk operations efficiently, including check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Handling phone calls, messages, and inquiries, and redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary
  • Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents, and updating them as needed
  • Supporting property management tasks, including inventory checks, procurement of monthly supplies, and stepping in as the property in-charge during the absence of the property manager
  • Assisting with food and beverage services to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Providing bookkeeping assistance, including issuing invoices and checks

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of industrial training or relevant experience in hospitality
  • A pleasant personality and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling across South and West India
