Job Title

The Senior Hospitality Relations Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop strategic communication plans, lead and oversee the hospitality division, creating innovative approaches that align with client objectives and public relations goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Media Outreach & Thought Leadership: Establish relationships with media, pitch compelling stories, and elevate the organization's profile through impactful placements.
  2. Lead Strategic PR Efforts: Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Crisis Management: Oversee crisis management strategy, ensuring rapid, effective responses to protect the organization's reputation.
  4. Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and review strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive communications, maintaining brand alignment.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  6. Executive Communications: Prepare executives with media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  8. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field, ideally within a PR or agency setting.
  • A strong track record of successfully managing high-profile hospitality events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
  • Excellent understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
