Chief Executive Officer - Hospital Operations Manager

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and managing overall hospital operations, implementing strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resources, and driving excellence in patient care delivery.

  • Oversee daily hospital operations across clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring seamless coordination and effective management of hospital resources.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, industry standards, and accreditation requirements to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience, service delivery, and staff engagement.
  • Develop and implement hospital policies, protocols, and performance improvement strategies to drive financial performance and resource optimization.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive hospital operations and service delivery.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and implement data-driven decision-making to optimize hospital performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBBS with MBA in Hospital Administration (mandatory).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to drive hospital strategy and implementation.
