Medical Representative Job Opportunity in Nashik

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven medical representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products/medical devices in the Nashik region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills, along with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and the local market in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and achieve sales goals within the Nashik region.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Nashik through regular visits, presentations, and discussions.

  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our pharmaceutical products/medical devices, utilizing scientific data and marketing materials.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the Nashik territory.

  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products, therapeutic areas, and relevant clinical data, as well as competitor products and market trends in Nashik.

  • Plan and conduct or participate in local medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) to enhance product visibility and build relationships with key opinion leaders in Nashik.

  • Ensure the availability of our products with local pharmacies and stockists in Nashik, and address any supply-related issues.

  • Provide feedback and reporting on performance and progress towards set goals.
