Our client is seeking a skilled Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for various hospitality roles, ensuring that our client attracts and secures top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer and onboarding support, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Utilize effective sourcing strategies, thoroughly screening and shortlisting candidates to identify the best fit for each position, leveraging expertise in hospitality recruitment.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process, while maintaining open communication with internal teams.
  • Hiring Needs Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring needs, guaranteeing accurate candidate matching and proactive talent pipeline building.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, fostering strong relationships and exceptional service.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospitality recruitment, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple interviews simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
