Human Resource Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in an HR role (freshers with relevant internships may be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR software, MS Office applications, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving mindset and people-centric approach, with a passion for developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
