Strategic People Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new hires with a comprehensive induction program, ensuring they feel welcome and empowered to succeed.
  • Partner with vendors to conduct background verification processes, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Foster open communication channels, checking in regularly with new and existing team members to ensure their happiness and productivity thrive.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, both online and offline, to keep our remote team connected and motivated.
  • Maintain accurate records and update policies, procedures, and communication materials to reflect our company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Conduct thorough exit interviews and manage offboarding processes, minimizing attrition and maximizing retention.
  • Coordinate logistics for team offsites and workations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Negotiate and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, driving people processes from start to finish.
  • Process salary changes and payroll efficiently, working closely with the Finance team to meet tight deadlines.
About This Role:

This position requires 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is also required. Excellent attention to detail and maturity in handling sensitive people matters are essential.

  • High energy levels and ability to lead engagement activities end-to-end.
  • Proven track record in People Operations, people programs, staffing, and/or large-scale HR roles.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations case management.
  • Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related tools like Fresh team, Zoho, Deel, Just Works, etc.
  • Prior experience working with a remote, global team of over 250 people.
