Position: HR Intern (Freshers)

Location: WFH

Work Mode: Work from Home

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible)

Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays off)

Duration : 2 months (Unpaid)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates

Coordinate and schedule interviews

Maintain and update candidate databases

Support the recruitment team in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Fresher with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
