Enterprise Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Relationship Manager to oversee and cultivate key partnerships with our prominent clients. In this senior position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust client engagement, successful adoption of our solutions, and sustained business value.

  • Owning and managing relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients is essential for success in this role.
  • Understanding client strategies, challenges, and technical environments is crucial to delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Leading onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Representing the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams is vital to achieving shared goals.
  • Conducting executive-level discussions and aligning solutions with client objectives demands a deep understanding of their business requirements.
  • Using data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value is critical to driving business outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion requires a proactive approach and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Translating client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services necessitates a collaborative approach with internal stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about industry and technology trends is essential for advising clients effectively and making informed decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment is required.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships is essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is necessary for delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills are vital for representing the client's interests.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers is critical for driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
