Customer Service Liaison for Hotel Reservations

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Executive to serve as our guests' first point of contact, handling all aspects of their accommodation.

The ideal candidate will manage online and phone reservations, provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities, and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing online and phone reservations
  • Informing customers about payment methods and collecting payments
  • Responding to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with property owners and caretakers
  • Upselling additional facilities and services when appropriate
  • Maintaining updated records of bookings and payments

Requirements and skills:

  • Work experience as a reservation executive in a hotel or OTA environment is preferred
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, such as Channel manager
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Degree in hotel management is a plus

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
