
Logistics Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage our Full Truck Load (FTL) business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of FTL business dynamics, including operational management, team leadership and strategic planning.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the FTL business to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, mentor and motivate a diverse team to achieve operational excellence and business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage large tenders and bidding processes, ensuring competitive and profitable contract wins.
The logistics manager will also be responsible for:
- Traveling approximately 10-15 days per month to key locations for business development, client meetings and operational reviews.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand market presence.
- Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Strong operational knowledge of FTL logistics and trailer management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in large-scale tendering and bidding.
- Ability to travel regularly and manage operations across multiple locations.
