Job Title: Key Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development professional to manage sales activities by engaging with architects, promoting products, and developing strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buuild and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
  • Promote and present products for inclusion in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for the architect and dealer community.
  • Track project pipelines through architects and follow up on conversions via channel partners.
Dealer/Channel Management:
  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in assigned territories.
  • Manage existing dealer relationships to drive sales volume and product penetration.
  • Support dealers with marketing materials, schemes, training, and inventory planning.
  • Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
General Sales & Reporting:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets from both architect and dealer channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, product) for smooth operations.
  • Submit timely reports on visits, leads, conversions, and competitor activity.
  • Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in building materials or interior solutions, is also required.
