We are seeking an ambitious Business Growth Strategist to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic execution.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities, optimize existing processes, and drive sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Analytics: Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations, build dashboards to track conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI, partner with marketing to connect web traffic → lead gen → CRM → revenue attribution, surface insights and recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.
  • Strategy & Execution: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces, build mini-strategies for growth experiments, prepare concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations, manage sales reporting & dashboards, support sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights, identify and implement process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project & Program Management: Act as program manager for strategic initiatives, create project plans, set timelines, drive accountability across stakeholders, ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and align resources.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic execution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
