As a key member of our team, the Franchise Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
- Conduct market research to analyze building material data and identify key growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead and work closely with assigned team members to collect and call leads from potential areas.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment with our franchise selection criteria.
- Lead Generation & Meetings:
- Scrutinize and shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with our standards.
- Oversee scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
- Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:
- Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
- Pitch our franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
- Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
- Facilitate onboarding by converting right profiles into franchise partners.
- Ensure necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational within set timelines.
- Performance Management:
- Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
- Monitor progress and take corrective actions to address challenges in franchise conversion.
