Business Growth Specialist

A. Job Responsibilities-

  • Drive user acquisition, engagement and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features that support business objectives.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and experience by analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators such as P&L, customer onboarding and activation rates.

2. Relationship Management-

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulations and competition.

3. Product Enablement-

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Develop compelling product pitches and presentations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to onboard new customers and partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely and effective delivery.

B. Required Skills and Qualifications-

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and payments.
  • Experience in building and running payments products or platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities and tools for business development.
