Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Territory Business Developer to expand our distribution network in the assigned territory.

  • To build strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new business opportunities.
  • To manage dealer networks effectively, meeting daily requirements and achieving sales targets.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Obtaining orders from dealers as per assigned targets and ensuring timely payment collections.
  • Issuing credit notes promptly and maintaining transparent accounts with dealers.
  • Expanding the dealer network through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Developing and implementing field strategies for sign board placement and painter meets.
  • Communicating new schemes and target products to dealers and conducting regular meetings with influencers.
  • Ensuring effective product visibility at counters and updating CRM reports regularly.
  • Achieving targeted weighted reach and CCD reach in the assigned territory.
  • Training newly recruited team members and assisting the Area Sales Manager in strategic planning.
