Job Title: B2C Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced B2C Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Packers and Movers vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve top-line targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our B2C client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform sales decisions

Requirements:

  • MBA with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven success in sales leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions
