Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Iron Lady Programs. As a key player in driving the promotion of our empowerment and leadership development programs, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, conducting consultative sales conversations, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their unique needs and preferences.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and empathy.
- Analyze client interactions and sales activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales outcomes.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative tele sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- A proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
