About the Role:
The Sales Manager Oncology will be responsible for driving sales across hospitals in defined geographies. This role requires managing stakeholder relationships with HCPs, pharmacists, and CXOs of hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth across hospitals (B2B/B2C)
- Expanding product portfolio by collaborating with OEMs in India and MNCs
- Finding new markets and improving sales performance
- Leading geographical expansion of the category outside Bangalore
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Oncology, Immunology/Transplant
- Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Versatile, self-motivated, and results-driven individual
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, sales databases, and web applications
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum
