Zoho ERP Implementation Specialist Job Description

Improve business efficiency and streamline operations with our transition to a new Zoho One integrated solution. As an experienced technical lead, you will oversee the setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding to ensure a smooth migration from our legacy system. You will work closely with our team members who have already begun the setup process.

The project scope includes:

  • Configuring Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics) as necessary
  • Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience with Zoho One implementation, especially with Books, Inventory, and Creator
  • Expertise in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Collaboration with our team over Zoom will be required to ensure real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals
