Job Description

This is a senior engineering position that involves working collaboratively with a talented team to deliver high-quality results. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for leading complex projects, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation in your area of specialization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: You will lead teams of engineers and technicians to design and deliver structural solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: You will provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Design and Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that are technically sound and cost-effective.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering: You must have a degree in civil or structural engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Membership to Accredited Engineering Body: You must be a member of an accredited engineering body such as the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE).
  • Technical Software Proficiency: You must be proficient in technical software such as RAM, CSC, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
