Job Role: Senior Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned expert to join our team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical and functional proficiency.

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your extensive experience and knowledge of Enovia systems framework to drive business growth.

You should have at least 6 years of relevant experience with exposure to customizing Enovia solutions using MQL Matrix Query Language TCL Tool Command Language and Java.

Familiarity with Linux Shell Scripts and Solr Search is essential. Additionally, you should have experience integrating Enovia with other systems like CAD and ERP.

Demonstrable domain knowledge in PLM DMS and LMS is required. Experience of ITIL process and support is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle data within the Enovia environment, including data upload and migration.
  • Troubleshoot issues within the Enovia application, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical issues clearly to users, documenting problems and collaborating with other team members.
