">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead high-performing teams in global support environments, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques.
  • Provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders through the analysis of complex financial data and trend identification.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Experience and Expertise:
  • 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) with at least 4+ years in leadership or managerial roles.
  • Deep understanding of HFM administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution across complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and managing close cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
Desirable Skills and Tools:
  • Experience working with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools is highly desirable.
