Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Specialist to support integration and technical development needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Oracle SOA & HRMS Technical Specialist to deliver high-quality solutions and provide exceptional technical expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Integration Development:
    • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services (SOAP/REST).
    • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations, including JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Techincal Support:
    • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
    • Develop and customize RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • HRMS Expertise:
    • Work on Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits).
    • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • Data Migration:
    • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
    • Identify and map configurational data, navigation screens, and backend tables, establishing relationships across scattered data entities.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.
