Business Development Representative Lead

As a Business Development Representative Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and collaborating with our sales team to fuel our pipeline. Your primary objective will be to generate new business leads, drive net new business meetings, and research existing accounts to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to create new business leads and collaborate with other BDRs and AEs to maximize results.
- Drive business growth by creating and executing strategic account plans, leveraging email, social media, and emerging prospecting technologies.
- Help create and prioritize target account lists within defined territories, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Conduct thorough research on existing accounts, adding contacts, emails, and optimizing data to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring seamless integration with our Sales Dev tech stack.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BDR in a SaaS company, preferably with NA market exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and LeadIQ, with a strong background in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and organizational structures.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a track record of success in performance-driven roles.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience, plus additional benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
