Job Title: Business Representative and Operations Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients and partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings and business follow-ups.
  • Prepare and manage tender documentation for business opportunities.
  • Deliver effective presentations and pitches to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Analyze market trends to align offerings with industry demands.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure process efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA or equivalent business/management degree (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or operations (preferably in the drone/technology sector).
