Job Overview
A senior logistics executive is required to spearhead and scale our India operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, sector expertise, and proven multi-location leadership capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Pursue India business growth with full P&L ownership across all logistics services.
- Develop and execute a pan-India strategy aligned with global expansion goals.
- Catalyze warehousing expansion (bonded + domestic) and integrated distribution solutions.
- Elevate IOR/EOR services (India–US, India–Africa, India–Middle East).
- Expand business across chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense sectors.
- Strengthen and scale project logistics practice.
- Innovate 4PL control tower solutions, leveraging proprietary supply chain management platforms.
- Enhance and strengthen road logistics and partial truckload services, integrating warehousing and distribution to deliver high-margin domestic solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including DG/chemical/defense norms.
- Foster, mentor, and manage a multi-city, high-performance team with structured KPIs.
