About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Business Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchise locations, building strong relationships with potential partners, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyse market trends and identify high-potential areas for franchise expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new franchisees.
Partner Engagement & Support
  • Bid for and win new franchise deals by showcasing the value proposition of our brand.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing franchisees to ensure their success and satisfaction.
Business Development & Planning
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Franchise Onboarding & Training
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a seamless transition into the business.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to help franchisees succeed.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
