  • Create a network of distributors by identifying opportunities, negotiating and finalizing deals.

  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements for newly appointed distributors.

  • Set sales targets for both primary and secondary channels, as well as the number of retail stores to be opened each month, and achieve these targets for each distributor.

  • Manage sales to distributors and further to retail stores, thereby achieving sales targets through retailing yourself and through sales resources.

  • Coordinate distributor invoicing and ensure timely dispatch through the company.

  • Coordinate collections and manage distributor outstanding balances, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO principles and tracking outstanding amounts.

  • Confirm distributor balances on a regular basis.

  • Ensure daily sales reports, weekly inventory and sales reports, and monthly sales vs. achievement reports with ageing of distributors.

  • Directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets.

  • Ensure optimal model mix and placement of focused products.

  • Monitor, train, groom, and motivate the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.

  • Monitor distributor inventory levels in terms of SKUs and overall inventory.

  • Maintain merchandising and display of company products across the entire area.

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize sales and inventory reports according to provided timelines, along with reporting competition activity to RSM/HO.

  • Implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.

  • Identify sales resources and conduct preliminary screening.
