We are seeking a Retention Manager to accelerate core growth metrics and user numbers for our merchant business.
This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant for marketing campaigns, content design, and impacting millions of users daily.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution.
- Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely go-live as per planned marketing calendar
- Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions
- Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel
- Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics, using marketing analytics tools
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3 to 5 years experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, Moengage, Mix panel or in-house tools
- Bachelors degree with at least 3-5 year experience in a digital marketing executive or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
