
Drive Business Growth as a Category Leader

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and success in our key categories.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute category plans that drive business outcomes, including revenue growth, contribution margin, and strong returns.
- Develop quarterly and monthly category plans that align with organizational goals and prioritize campaign dates.
- Design bundles and promotions that are authentic, differentiated, and user-driven.
- Collaborate on briefs, segmentation, and channel plans, and establish success metrics for those channels.
- Establish clear guidelines for user experience, including transparency, communication, and timely delivery to enhance ratings and NPS.
- Institutionalize standard operating procedures (SOPs), service level agreements (SLAs), and a go-live checklist for content accuracy and fulfillment readiness.
- Lead a high-performing category team, setting goals, reviews, and a rigorous experimentation cadence.
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in senior business leadership roles.
- Strong execution orientation with experience managing multi-stakeholder projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cultural contextual awareness.
- Prior experience with B2C products is an advantage.
- A passion for the 1 to 10 journey.
