Category Manager Role Overview

This position is responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience and driving sales growth across various product categories.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can develop and execute strategic plans to optimize category performance, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement category strategies to meet business objectives
  • Optimize pricing and inventory levels to maximize sales and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in category management or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Proven track record of success in category management or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience working in consumer-facing industries such as e-commerce, retail, or FMCG
