About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Category Manager to oversee the development and execution of our category strategy. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain management, business analytics, and vendor relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive category growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with leading manufacturers and brands.
  • Drive new product launches and additions in the category.
  • Analyze customer feedback and develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, product management, or business management/consulting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
