Key Responsibilities:- Developing and driving marketing strategies to increase user adoption.
- Owning the complete lead to early handholding journey for customers.
- Helping strengthen data-driven thinking and leading the development & calibration of user acquisition playbooks.
- Crafting target audience profiles, consumer personas, and their need states to enable better adoption of various categories.
- Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative ways of reaching our target audience through digital marketing, PR, on-ground activations, ATL & BTL communications, alliances, and merchandise.
- Developing continuous improvement charters, scopes of work, plans, and schedules to increase lead and user base.
- Developing, testing, and executing aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive user acquisition and marketing automation.
- Working with product, analytics, and city teams to deliver successful outcomes on critical marketing metrics.
- Conceptualizing marketing campaigns and building relevant workflows to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle.
- Mentoring and guiding other team members.
- A dynamic, self-starter individual who can work in an intellectually and professionally challenging environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights.

- Tier 1 undergrad with 2-4 years of relevant growth experience in consumer internet companies or consulting.
