Business Growth Manager

De Haat is a leading digital ag-tech platform that offers technology-based farmer services. Our goal is to drive growth and performance marketing with a strong emphasis on user retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow our platforms and own key performance metrics.
  • Build growth forecasts and budgets, create road maps for channel optimization, marketing media mix, creative testing, interface optimization.
  • Implement SEO and ASO best practices, carry out multi-touch attribution and analysis for data-driven decision making.
  • Enhance social media presence, engage users and carry out SM campaigns for performance results.
  • Stay updated on the competitive landscape and developments in the sector, including marketing strategies, product usability, and consumer research.
Requirements:
  • Masters' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in marketing for high-transaction, large-user-base platforms.
Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of channels for acquiring and retaining customers, including SEM, programmatic display, Paid social, video, and offline channels.
  • Expertise in marketing and performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe/ Clevertap Analytics, and Appsflyer.
Leadership Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, farmers, and traders.
  • Strong Collaboration and team building skills.
  • Strategic Thinking along with a Problem-Solving Attitude with the ability to synthesize large data and draw insights.
