Our company is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who will oversee all paid marketing efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking.
  • Design and manage high-quality performance marketing funnels to achieve consistent CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks.

The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. They should also have a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in high-growth environments.
