We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve desired ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new insights and techniques into campaign development.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in a digital-first environment.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with real results to show.
- Fluency in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
