Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

People Leadership:

  • - Partner with Store Managers and HR teams to ensure adequate staffing levels and talent development
  • - Coach and develop future leaders, focusing on skill gaps, implementation of business plans, and financial analysis
  • - Implement formal and informal performance management processes to drive store manager success
  • - Establish a culture that celebrates diversity and fosters learning from diverse perspectives
  • - Reduce attrition by retaining top talent

Organizational Leadership:

  • - Oversee territory and store budgets to ensure profitability and optimize resources
  • - Manage top and bottom-line performance effectively, driving growth and efficiency
  • - Ensure operational effectiveness across shrinkage, capacity, productivity, growth, and attrition
  • - Develop innovative and cost-effective methods to enhance productivity while maintaining high retail standards

Requirements:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • - Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods
  • - Proven track record of success in sales strategy development, team leadership, and operational excellence
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive data-driven decision making
  • - Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
