Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to oversee a team of customer service executives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer service executives, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Prepare and publish regular reports on customer service performance metrics.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with NPS matrix.
  • Customer-centric approach to all aspects of the job.
