Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and proposing suitable product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information
  • Meet sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong customer base for commercial vehicles
  • Conduct customer visits to build relationships and secure sales
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customers and manage customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive / Commercial vehicle industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
